Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by LexiTrue Translations. By requesting or using our translation or interpretation services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services

LexiTrue Translations provides professional language services including but not limited to:

  • Legal document translation

  • Medical document translation

  • Educational document translation

  • Interpretation services (including court, legal, or official settings)

All services are provided with professional care and linguistic accuracy.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotations provided by LexiTrue Translations are based on:

  • Word count or document length

  • Complexity of the material

  • Urgency of delivery

  • Certification or formatting requirements

  • Quotes are non-binding until confirmed by the client.

Prices may be provided per word, per page, or per project depending on the nature of the work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be communicated prior to the start of the project.

LexiTrue Translations reserves the right to request advance payment or partial payment for certain projects.

Final documents may be delivered upon receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete source documents

  • Ensuring that submitted documents are final versions

  • Informing the translator of any specific terminology or formatting requirements

LexiTrue Translations is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete source material.

6. Confidentiality

All documents and information received from clients are treated as strictly confidential.

Documents will only be used for the purpose of providing translation services and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

7. Data Protection

LexiTrue Translations handles personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information regarding how personal data is collected, processed, and protected.

8. Delivery and Deadlines

  • Delivery times will be agreed upon prior to the start of each project.

  • While every effort is made to meet agreed deadlines, LexiTrue Translations cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Revisions

If the client believes that a translation contains an error, they may request a revision within 7 days of delivery.

Reasonable corrections will be made at no additional cost if the issue relates to translation accuracy.

Requests for stylistic changes or new requirements may be subject to additional charges.

10. Limitation of Liability

The client retains ownership of the original documents.

The translated text becomes the property of the client upon full payment of the agreed fee.

11. Intellectual Property

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus.

Any disputes arising from the use of these services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
